You can enjoy this smoothie for breakfast, with your lunch or as a snack during the day. I really like how it tastes. If you are looking for a low carb smoothie this is one you can give this a try. With a blast in nutritional benefits, you should consider having this smoothie often.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Paw Paw
  • 3 medium size tree tomato fruit (tamarillo)
  • 1/2 cup frozen watermelon
  • 1/2 cup fresh watermelon
  • 1/4 cup plant based milk()
  • 2 passion fruits
  • 1 tbs shredded coconut

Directions

1Add the almond milk, paw paw, tree tomato and watermelon to a high speed blender. Blend until you achieve your desired consistency.

2Chill the smoothie in the fridge for around 30 minutes then serve in a mason jar or glass. Garnish with passion fruit and shredded coconut.

 

You can also add some chia seeds or flax meal for extra nutritional benefits. This is great smoothie if you are pregnant because of the benefits that come with the tree tomato fruit. I made this smoothie when in search of low carb smoothies when I decided to go on a low carb diet for a month.
